The Fun Families

The tool you need for building your family

What are the 3 things every human being needs to SURVIVE?
                                           ☼Food                   Water                          Fresh air
Now, think about this. The human body can last:
☼3 weeks without food  7 days without water Only 2-3 MINUTES without AIR
You knew that, didn’t you? But did you really think about that? Taking in fresh air is like recharging a battery.  And outdoor exercise is a proven stress reducer.  Look at all these benefits of fresh air:
☼ PURIFIES the blood                       SOOTHES the nerves
                stimulates the appetite                     helps DIGESTION
induces sound SLEEP                       renews the brain’s electrical eharge
INVIGORATES the vital organs      aids in waste removal
brings life to the skin cells               increases composure and SERENITY
If indoor air is not replaced by (negatively charged) oxygen, it becomes POISONOUS—yes, poisonous—and can result in:
sore throats                   lung disease                   liver problems
Experts believe that thousands of years ago, our air was 34%.  I’m not sure that can be proved. However, we do know for sure that country air is currently 18% oxygen and city air is currently only 8% oxygen. You need to get into fresh country air as often as possible. What’s the best way to get that fresh air in your lungs? Follow this easy pattern while you’re outside:
Breathe out all the way                              Breathe in all the way
Hold your breath for a slow count to 10     Breath out slowly
Twenty percent of your cell function is needed for your brain functions. So get outside and start breathing!
