You knew that, didn’t you? But did you really think about that? Taking in fresh air is like recharging a battery. And outdoor exercise is a proven stress reducer. Look at all these benefits of fresh air:

Experts believe that thousands of years ago, our air was 34%. I’m not sure that can be proved.
